Back in college, my friend James and I created our own religion, Apathism. It was based on apathy as a high moral concept. The most important holiday on the Apathism calendar was the day after Easter, when Easter candy went on sale. We’d go and get mad Starburst Jellybeans, yo.
Anyway, yeah, I still try to go out the day after Easter and get candy. It’s a wonder I’m not dead yet.
Also, didn’t have time to shade this comic. It’s late and I’m tired.

Gotta go get that candy yo! Lol
Parents would so get on board with this one. My son also just announced he’s written 2 books on a new God called Bob . .could be a connection as I’m sure said son’s sugar and chocolate levels are now dropping to perilously low post-Easter levels?
Oh man, the post-Easter sugar drop was the worst.
What do you call the day after Halloween when all that candy goes on sale?!? LOL
That is also an Apathism High Holy Day. There’s also one after Valentine’s Day.
yesterday night I went to the local drugstore and stocked up on chocolate…..
hahaha excellent.
