Spirit Week at school continued with Hat Day today. My wife wore a Viking helmet, like you do. Tomorrow’s Jersey Day, which we probably won’t be participating in, what with not having any sports team jerseys to wear because we don’t care about sports.

Dapper cap! My son tells me the whole horns on the helmet and vikings thing was a myth. Personally I think it’s a good look and should be standard head wear for teachers everywhere.
Thanks! Yeah, my understanding is that the horns would’ve been tremendously heavy and very impractical (plus, they’d give your opponent a convenient handle). But I agree, it’s a pretty awesome look.
