Get it checked out. In my family, no one gets heart attacks. I got one, while exercising, thinking it couldn’t be. Had I waited much longer, I would not be here sharing.
I totally understand. I’ve been to the doctor, and I’m on all sorts of medication that’s helping.
Because heart disease is not our family trait, I wondered why I had two blockages, one years before but which grew its own bypass, the other nearly a widow-maker but caught just before. I’ve always exercised, ate no worse than anyone else, but actually ate okay. Of course, now my diet’s much better and I work out 6 days a week. But I asked my doctor what caused the blockages. She didn’t know. So I’ve researched: stress. Long-term stress, often associated with tense careers or severe family difficulties. Well, that did it. Time to make changes. Yes, in my career, I cared, maybe too much, but what can you do. You do the best you can and I thought, physically, I was invincible. Life teaches.
