#1082 – Some Days

 
Depression is a hell of a thing. Sometimes, it’s as easy to deal with as remembering to take a pill every morning, or getting regular exercise. Other times, though, it hits you like the proverbial ton of bricks, interfering with your daily,life in ways both subtle and not-so-subtle. It’s easy to think of depression as weakness, but it’s not. It’s an illness, like cancer or diabetes or anything else, and it should be treated as such.

  1. I feel ya, man.

    I mean, not literally, because our wives would have questions, but in the less-than-literal sense.

    It sucks. But at least it gets better so it can suck again later.

    I’m really bad at pep talks and empathy. But I’m good at depression, so….yay.
