Here in the US, the federal government is currently shut down because Congress couldn’t come up with a new budget. Something like 800,000 federal employees are now on furlough, meaning they are not working or getting paid. It’s like forced unpaid vacation.
I just laughed hilariously when I read what it meant >w<
