Verizon has honest-to-God Muzak as third hold music. It’s hard to believe in this day and age where everyone just uses the alternative hits of the 1990s, but back in the day, everyone used Muzak instead: the bank, the grocery store, Wal-mart, everyone. It was inescapable.
