Much as I would love to, I will not be seeing the new Spider-Man movie tonight at midnight.
Because I am old, and I have work in the morning.
Sketch a Day, Day 216
Summer school starts tomorrow. I am…less than thrilled, let’s say.
Sketch a Day, Day 215
Though the power came back on late this evening at our place, we still decided to spend the evening at my sister-in-law’s place, where they hadn’t lost power. Even my in-laws came over to stay. Good times with the whole family!
Sketch a Day, Day 214
So it looks like we might be out of power for the next week. Which wold suck. Currently, we’re holed up in the sister-in-law’s place, where they have air conditioning and such. It’s lovely.
Power Outage
The comic for Friday, June 29th, will be delayed until the morning at the earliest. Power went out just as I finished drawing, so I didn’t get a chance to upload from my (wifi only) iPad. But it’s done! I promise!
Sketch a Day, Day 213
We’re watching the Borgia miniseries today. It’s okay, if you’re a fan of Renaissance political-religious intrigue. And dudes getting turned upside down and being sawed in half.
The Renaissance was weird, y’all.
Sketch a Day, Day 212
I can tell you why, actually: I need to buy new sandals.
Sketch a Day, Day 211
Yeah, I’ve been sitting on the floor a lot this past week, playing back through the Assassin’s Creed series (I’m already on Revelations again today). But my knees can’t handle sitting cross-legged on the floor so much anymore. Getting old stinks.
Sketch a Day, Day 210
Seriously, there was a kid in our parking lot this evening skateboarding. It’s pretty comical to me.
