My sunburn has begun peeling. Good times.

As the week draws to a close, so too does my vacation at the beach. But we had fun! The Wee Baby Donovan likes to pretend he’s a shark (or a dinosaur, depending on the circumstances) and go around eating everyone’s arms and legs. Truly, he lives every week like it’s Shark Week.

Despite my sunburn, I returned to the beach today (wearing a shirt the whole time to combat the lobster effect). There are few things I love more than floating in the water.

Got a little too much sun at the beach yesterday, and now I’m bright red. I wore sunscreen, honest!

The Wee Baby Donovan (now the Wee Toddler Donovan) has energy to spare, even at bedtime. He will seriously just run around in circles squealing at a frequency only dogs can hear for ten, fifteen minutes straight. If we could attach some sort of dynamo to him, we’d never have to worry about power ever again.

This is what happens when you’re trying to pack for a week-long trip and don’t get started on the comic until a few minutes before you’re supposed to post it. And then you post it late anyway.

It’s been raining so much this week. I’m kinda done with it.

I’m just a medical oddity.
