This one’s for me friend and fellow blogger (recently freshly-pressed, I might add!) the Little Blind Girl.
Just another character sketch for the potential secret project. One of the villains.
Sadly, we do not have such a garden gnome. But I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before our regular garden gnomes are joined by the walking dead.
I have plans. Secret plans. They may fall through, but we’ll see what happens. Anyway, here’s a character sketch from an idea I have. Hope you like.
My wife really did discover a site that lets you give the your measurements, select a dress style, and basically get a dress made exactly for you. She’s very excited. I’m more than a little terrified.
Much like Sumo Superman, this sketch was inspired by something said by Nate Cosby on Twitter. It turned out pretty good, I think.
Seriously, I don’t even know.
This evening, Allison, Michelle, and I went to a chili cook off hosted by the parents of one of our students. Michelle entered her chili, which was quite popular (but didn’t win, sadly). It got me thinking about another of the literary terms we’ve been teaching the kids, hyperbole. This seemed appropriate for tonight’s comic.
And we’re back to illustrating literary terms. Today’s is flashback, that plot device adored and overused by everything from comics to movies to books and stuff. Gotta love ’em!
